had a great stay for 3 nights. staff were super friendly n helpful, especially like how they helped with ketchup in the morning. room was clean and comfy, bar area was nice to chill in. also, parking was available which was a plus. very close to tram station to get to city centre easily.

food choices were a bit basic n a side salad would have been a nice touch for the meals. the bed could have been a bit softer for better comfort.

The lack of a fridge and additional seating could also add to comfort during the stay. Despite these small issues, the hotel’s location made it easy to reach key attractions within walking distance.
